ULTEM™ AUR200G6 PEI Resin is designed for applications where Reinforced Performance is required alongside Resource Efficiency. Built on a Recycled ULTEM Base, this grade incorporates 30% Glass Fiber Reinforcement to deliver Structural Strength in demanding Environments.

The Reinforcement provides High Stiffness and Dimensional Control, allowing components to retain Shape under Load. This makes the material suitable for Parts that must maintain Mechanical Integrity without relying on Cosmetic appearance.

ULTEM™ AUR200G6 PEI Resin is its practical Performance Profile. Being derived from Recycled material, it operates with Broader Specification Limits compared to Prime Grades. The Core benefits of PEI remain, including Heat Resistance and inherent Flame Retardancy, but the material is best Applied in Functional Areas rather than Aesthetic Surfaces.

Color availability reflects this Positioning. The material is supplied in Opaque Shades Ranging from Dark Grey to Black, supporting applications where consistency in appearance is Secondary to Structural Function.

Thermal capability Stays aligned with the PEI Platform. The material performs reliably at Elevated Temperatures, supported by a Glass Transition Temperature of approximately 217 °C, ensuring stability in High Heat Operating Environments.

ULTEM™ AUR200G6 PEI Resin meets UL94-V0, 1.5 mm ~ 3.00 mm Rated, enabling its use in applications requiring Strong Flame Resistance within this Thickness range.

Processing follows a standard Flow behaviour, allowing manufacturers to Mold Parts using Familiar Parameters while benefiting from Reinforced Stiffness.

Typical applications include Internal Structural components, Industrial Housings, Mechanical supports, and Non Visible Assemblies, where Durability, Heat Resistance, and Cost Efficiency are more critical than Surface Finish.

This Grade support a more efficient use of material Resources, making it a practical Choice for Engineering applications where Performance and Sustainability need to be balanced.
