ULTEM™ AUR200TXR PEI Resin is designed for applications where Surface Interaction and processing behaviour are just as Important as Structural Performance. This Non Reinforced Polyetherimide Blend combines High Flow with controlled Shrinkage, making it suitable for Parts that require Precision and reliable Post Processing.

ULTEM™ AUR200TXR PEI Resin Flows Easily during Molding. Complex Shapes Fill more completely. Fine details are reproduced with better Consistency. This helps reduce Defects and support Stable production Cycles.

Mold Release Performance is a Key Advantage. ULTEM™ AUR200TXR PEI Resin Incorporates enhanced Release Characteristics, allowing Parts to Eject cleanly without Sticking. This improves Cycle Efficiency and reduces Surface Damage during Demolding.

ULTEM™ AUR200TXR PEI Resin provides Good Metal Adhesion, making it suitable for applications where Bonding, Plating, or Integration with Metallic components is required. This expands its use in Hybrid material Systems.

Dimensional stability is supported through Low Shrinkage Behaviour. Parts maintain Accuracy after Molding, which is Important for Assemblies where Tight Tolerances must be maintained.

Thermal Capability remains consistent with the PEI Platform. ULTEM™ AUR200TXR PEI Resin performs Reliably at elevated Temperatures, supported by a Glass Transition Temperature Near 217 °C, allowing Durability in demanding Operating Conditions.

The material is inherently Flame Retardant, ensuring Stable Fire Performance without the need for Additive Systems.

Supplied in Opaque Colors, ULTEM™ AUR200TXR PEI Resin is suited for Functional and Industrial applications where appearance is Secondary to Performance.
