ULTEM™ AUT200 PEI Resin is designed for applications where Light Management and Surface Functionality must Work Together. developed specifically for Automotive Lighting Systems, this Non‑Reinforced Polyetherimide Blend support both Optical Performance and manufacturing Efficiency.

The Unique ULTEM™ AUT200 PEI Resin delivers High Flow behaviour, allowing the material to Fill Complex Geometries with Minimal Resistance. Fine Optical features form more accurately, which is Essential for Lighting components that require precise Surface Definition.

ULTEM™ AUT200 PEI Resin provides a surface that support Reflective Coatings, enabling the production of High‑Reflectivity components used in Lighting Systems. This makes it suitable for applications where controlled Reflection and Light Direction are critical.

Thermal Performance is tailored for Lighting Environments. ULTEM™ AUT200 PEI Resin features a Haze Onset Temperature of approximately 204 °C, helping maintain Optical Clarity under prolonged Heat exposure. This ensures stability in components exposed to continuous Illumination and Elevated Temperatures.

ULTEM™ AUT200 PEI Resin also maintains the inherent Advantages of the PEI Platform, including High Mechanical Strength and Flame Retardancy. This support Durability in demanding Automotive Environments.
