ULTEM™ AUT200AR PEI Blend Resin is a High-Performance Polyetherimide-Based material developed for Automotive Lighting applications requiring High Flow, controlled Optical Performance, and reliable Surface Finish for Metallization. It is specifically designed to Support Reflective and Decorative Lighting Components.

Engineered for Precision Optical applications, this Grade provides controlled Low-Level Transparency combined with excellent Surface Quality, enabling consistent light management and improved visual Performance in lighting systems.

ULTEM™ AUT200AR PEI Blend Resin delivers High Flow characteristics with Built-In easy Release, allowing efficient molding of complex geometries while maintaining consistent part quality and reduced cycle time.

A Key Advantage of this material is its capability for Metallization and High Reflective Surface Development, supporting vacuum metallizing processes used in automotive lighting reflectors and decorative finishes.

ULTEM™ AUT200AR PEI Blend Resin offers a Haze Onset Temperature of 204°C, ensuring stable optical clarity under Elevated temperature conditions encountered in lighting environments.
Its formulation minimizes Outgassing and Plateout, helping to maintain mold cleanliness and surface integrity during high-volume production.

ULTEM™ AUT200AR PEI Blend Resin is availablein Low Transparency and Opaque Options, optimized for applications where reflectivity, surface finish, and process consistency are critical.

It is widely used in Automotive Lighting Reflectors, Lens Housings, Decorative Trim, and Metallized Components, where optical stability and surface quality must be achieved together.
