ULTEM™ AUT200M PEI Resin is designed for applications where Surface Quality and controlled Processing must be balanced carefully. developed for Automotive Lighting Systems, this Non Reinforced Polyetherimide Blend focuses on Optical Performance while allowing Fine Control during Molding.

ULTEM™ AUT200M PEI Resin offers High Flow characteristics, enabling the Formation of Detailed Geometries with consistent Accuracy. Optical features can be Replicated Precisely, which is critical for Lighting components that Depend on controlled Light Direction and Reflection.

Surface behaviour is Tuned Differently from easier Release Grades. ULTEM™ AUT200M PEI Resin provides a Lower Level of Mold Release, allowing improved Surface Integrity during Forming. This helps maintain Smoothness and Consistency, which is important for components that Will Undergo Metallization or Reflective Coating Processes.

The material is well suited for High Reflectivity applications. ULTEM™ AUT200M PEI Resin support Metallization, enabling the Creation of Reflective Surfaces required in Automotive Lighting Assemblies. The controlled Release Characteristic helps preserve Surface Quality Prior to Coating.

Thermal Stability remains aligned with PEI Performance. ULTEM™ AUT200M PEI Resin performs reliably under Elevated Temperatures typically Encountered in Lighting Environments, maintaining both Dimensional Integrity and Optical behaviour.

The material is available in Transparent Amber and Opaque Colors, providing flexibility Depending on Whether Clarity or Structural Function is prioritized in the Design.

Typical applications include Automotive Reflectors, Lighting Housings, Optical components, and Metallized Parts, where Surface Precision, Flow behaviour, and Reflective Performance must Work Together.
