ULTEM™ AUT230 PEI Blend Resin is engineered for Automotive Lighting Systems that demand Exceptional Optical Stability and High-Temperature Performance. As Part of the AUT Series, it focuses on maintaining Clarity and Surface Consistency in applications exposed to continuous Heat.

When Lighting Assemblies operate at Elevated Temperatures, material behaviour becomes Critical. This Grade addresses that Challenge with a High Haze Onset Temperature of 230°C, allowing components to retain their Optical Properties Longer under Thermal Stress.

ULTEM™ AUT230 PEI Blend Resin Exhibits High Flow Characteristics, making it easier to Mold Complex Geometries such as Reflectors and Lens Housings without Compromising Dimensional Accuracy.

Surface Preparation Plays a Major Role in Lighting Efficiency. The material supports efficient Metallization Processes, enabling the Formation of Highly Reflective Finishes required in Modern Automotive Lighting Designs.

ULTEM™ AUT230 PEI Blend Resin maintains Structural Stability during Processing, helping manufacturers achieve consistent results even in Demanding Production Environments.
