ULTEM™ CRS5001 Non Reinforce Transparent Chemical Resistance PEI Resin

ULTEM™ CRS5001 PEI Resin is a Specialized Non-Reinforced Polyetherimide material developed for applications that demand Exceptional Chemical Resistance combined with High Thermal Stability. It is Purpose-Built for Environments where standard Engineering Plastics May Degrade under Aggressive Media.

Unlike Conventional Grades, this Resin is formulated to withstand exposure to Strong Acids, Bases, Aromatics, and Ketones, making it suitable for Harsh Chemical Processing and Industrial Systems.

ULTEM™ CRS5001 PEI Resin retains its Structural Integrity even under Elevated Temperatures, providing reliable Heat Resistance alongside Chemical Stability, which is critical for long-term Performance in demanding conditions.

A Key Strength of this material lies in its ability to maintain Mechanical Properties while Resisting Chemical Attack, ensuring components do not lose functionality when exposed to reactive substances.

ULTEM™ CRS5001 PEI Resin Achieves UL94 V0 Flame Rated from 1.50 mm to 3.00 mm, offering dependable flame resistance without the use of halogenated additives.

Processing behaviour remains Predictable, allowing stable Molding and consistent Part Quality, even when producing components intended for chemically aggressive environments.

ULTEM™ CRS5001 PEI Resin is availablein Transparent Amber or Opaque Options, supporting applications that may require visual inspection or specific aesthetic requirements.

In demanding systems such as chemical equipment, fluid handling components, laboratory devices, and industrial processing parts, this material enables longer service life by resisting degradation where other plastics would fail.
