ULTEM™ CRS5011R Non Reinforced, Better Chemical Resistance PEI Resin

Transparent Color, Improved Flow. Easy Release, Hydrolytic Stability

ULTEM™ CRS5011R PEI Resin is engineered for Environments where Chemical exposure becomes the Primary Challenge. This Non Reinforced, Transparent Polyetherimide is formulated to withstand contact with Strong Acids, Bases, Aromatics, and Ketones, making it suitable for demanding Industrial and Fluid Handling applications.

the Advance ULTEM™ CRS5011R PEI Resin maintains stability when exposed to aggressive Chemicals. Surfaces Resist degradation. Structural Integrity is preserved even during prolonged Contact. This allows components to perform reliably in Environments where standard Plastics Would Deteriorate.

ULTEM™ CRS5011R PEI Resin features an improved Flow formulation, enabling consistent filling of Molded Parts while maintaining material Quality. This support production of Complex Geometries with fewer Defects.

Molding Performance is also enhanced through easy Release characteristics. Parts Separate cleanly from Mold Surfaces, reducing Cycle Interruptions and helping maintain Surface Integrity.

Hydrolytic stability adds another layer of Durability. ULTEM™ CRS5011R PEI Resin performs consistently in Humid or Water exposed conditions, making it suitable for applications Involving both Chemical and Moisture exposure.

Thermal capability remains aligned with the PEI Platform. The material retains Strength at Elevated Temperatures, enabling long Term use in Environments where Heat and Chemical Resistance must be combined.

ULTEM™ CRS5011R PEI Resin is available in Transparent Amber and Opaque Color options, allowing flexibility Depending on Design or Functional Needs.

Typical applications include Chemical Processing components, Fluid Handling Systems, Electrical Housings, Industrial Parts, and Equipment exposed to Harsh Media, where Resistance to Aggressive Substances is critical for Long Service Life.

Environmental Requirements are supported through RoHS alignment, allowing use in applications where material selection must consider both Performance and Responsible Compliance.
