ULTEM™ CRS5211R PEI Resin Is A 20% Glass Reinforced Polyetherimide Material Developed For Applications Where Chemical Resistance Must Be Combined With Efficient Processing And Structural Stability. It Extends The Capabilities Of The CRS Series Into Higher Productivity Manufacturing environments.
In chemically aggressive systems, Performance is often limited by material degradation. This grade provides resistance to strong acids, bases, aromatics, and ketones, helping ensure long-term reliability in challenging industrial conditions.

ULTEM™ CRS5211R PEI Resin Introduces A High Flow Formulation Compared To Standard Reinforced CRS Grades, making it easier to mold complex geometries and reducing processing effort while maintaining dimensional accuracy.

Mechanical strength is supported through 20% glass fiber reinforcement, improving stiffness and helping components retain shape under load, particularly in applications exposed to both pressure and heat.

ULTEM™ CRS5211R PEI Resin meets UL94 V0 RatedFrom 1.50 mm To 3.00 mm, delivering dependable flame resistance alongside its chemical stability profile.
