ULTEM™ DU442 PEI Blend Resin is designed to combine Impact Strength, Processing Efficiency, and long-term Outdoor Durability within a single Material Platform. Based on a Polyetherimide Blend, ULTEM™ DU442 PEI Blend Resin supports Applications where Mechanical Performance must align with Surface Quality and Color Consistency.

Exposure to UV Radiation often leads to Surface Degradation and Color Fading in conventional Materials. To address this, ULTEM™ DU442 PEI Blend Resin incorporates UV Stabilization, allowing Components to maintain Appearance and Surface Integrity over extended Outdoor Use. This makes the Material suitable for Applications where Visual Stability remains a key Design Requirement.

Processing flexibility is enabled through High Flow Characteristics, allowing efficient Mold Filling for Complex Geometries and Thin-Walled Parts. This Behavior supports consistent Production Output and reliable Dimensional Accuracy, helping Manufacturers maintain Quality across large Production Volumes.

A notable advantage lies in the White-Base Colorable Formulation, which allows a broad range of Color Customization. This provides Designers with flexibility to achieve specific Visual Requirements while maintaining consistent Mechanical Performance and Material Behavior.
