ULTEM™ HU2310 PEI Resin Incorporates improved Flow Characteristics, allowing the material to Fill Intricate Mold Designs with Greater Consistency. Fine features are reproduced more accurately. This makes it especially suitable for Precision Medical Devices and Pharmaceutical Components.

Glass Reinforcement provides the Structural Foundation. ULTEM™ HU2310 PEI Resin delivers Higher Stiffness than Unfilled Grades, helping components retain Geometry during use and throughout Repeated Sterilization Cycles. stability is maintained even under Thermal and Mechanical Stress.

ULTEM™ HU2310 PEI Resin meets USP Class VI Requirements, supporting use in Healthcare Environments where material Validation is Critical. This allows Integration into Systems requiring Proven Safety for Regulated Applications.

From a Fire Performance Perspective, ULTEM™ HU2310 PEI Resin Achieves UL94 V0, 0.25 mm ~ 3.00 mm Rated, enabling use in applications requiring Flame Resistance at Thin Wall Sections.
