ULTEM™ PW2300 PEI Resin is developed for Potable Water applications where High Structural Strength and Certified material Performance are required. with 30% Glass Fiber Reinforcement, this Grade support components Operating under Pressure, Temperature Variation, and continuous Fluid exposure.

ULTEM™ PW2300 PEI Resin provides Increased Stiffness compared to Lower Filled Materials. Parts retain Dimensional Accuracy under Mechanical Load, making it suitable for demanding Water System components such as Valves, Housings, and Fittings.

Certification Coverage is Extensive. ULTEM™ PW2300 PEI Resin complies with NSF 61, WRAS, ACS, W270, and KTW BWGL Standards, Along with EU and US Food contact Requirements. This ensures Compatibility across Global Potable Water Regulations and Hygienic System Requirements.

Processing remains consistent despite the High Reinforcement. The material follows a stable, standard Flow Profile, enabling reliable Molding of Complex and Thick Geometries.

Thermal Performance support Long Service Life. ULTEM™ PW2300 PEI Resin operates with a Glass Transition Temperature Around 217 °C, allowing it to perform in Hot Water Systems and Elevated Temperature Environments without Loss of Integrity.

Fire Safety is addressed through PEI’s inherent properties. The material achieves UL94 V0, 0.25 mm ~ 3.00 mm Rated, supporting applications that require Flame Resistance alongside Structural Performance.

The material is available in Transparent Amber and Black Colors, providing options for Visual Inspection or Light Blocking System Designs.

Typical applications include Potable Water Systems, Filtration components, Pump Housings, Valves, and Structural Fluid Assemblies, where Certification, Durability, and Pressure stability must Work Together.
