ULTEM™ UF5011S Non Reinforced Enhanced Flow Polyetherimide Resin

Chemical Resistance to Strong Acids, Bases, Aromatics and Ketones

ULTEM™ UF5011S PEI Resin is developed for applications where material Purity and Chemical Resistance must operate Together under Elevated Temperatures. This Non Reinforced Polyetherimide incorporates a Special Filtered formulation, reducing Internal Contaminants and supporting consistent material Performance in Sensitive Environments.

ULTEM™ UF5011S PEI Resin performs reliably when exposed to Aggressive Chemical Media, including Strong Acids, Bases, Aromatics, and Ketones. Surfaces remain Stable under prolonged exposure, helping Extend Component Service Life in Challenging Processing Conditions.

A Notable feature of ULTEM™ UF5011S PEI Resin is its Higher Thermal capability. with a Glass Transition Temperature of approximately 225 °C, the material Pushes beyond standard PEI Performance, allowing it to maintain Mechanical properties in more demanding Temperature Ranges.

Processing remains efficient through enhanced Flow characteristics. The material Fills Complex Mold Geometries more Consistently while maintaining Surface Quality, which is important in Parts requiring both Precision and Chemical Resistance.

The Filtered Nature of ULTEM™ UF5011S PEI Resin support applications where reduced Impurities and Cleaner material Structure are beneficial, such as controlled Environments or Systems Sensitive to Contamination.

The material is available in Transparent Amber and Opaque Color options, offering flexibility across applications where Visibility or Structural Performance is prioritized.

Typical uses include Chemical Processing Equipment, Fluid Handling components, Analytical Systems, and Industrial Assemblies, where Thermal Resistance, Purity, and Chemical Durability must Work Together.

ULTEM™ UF5011S PEI Resin is RoHS Compliant, supporting Environmentally Responsible material selection while maintaining High Performance Engineering characteristics.
