VALOX™ 308 PBT Resin is an Unfilled, Semi‑Crystalline Engineering Thermoplastic developed for Compounding and Fiber applications where Consistent material Performance and Regulatory Compliance are required.

Supplied in Natural Color (1001) Only, VALOX™ 308 PBT Resin is specifically designed for Processing Routes Other than Injection Molding.

VALOX™ 308 PBT Resin is FDA Compliant, making it Suitable for applications where Approved Materials are required for Contact with Food or Consumables. This allows the material to be used in Regulated Environments while maintaining Performance Reliability.

The Semi‑Crystalline PBT Structure of VALOX™ 308 PBT Resin provides a Combination of High Heat Resistance and Chemical Stability, supporting use in Conditions where Exposure to Temperature and Industrial Media must be managed without Compromising material Integrity.

Processing with VALOX™ 308 PBT Resin is intended for compounding operations or Fiber Production, where controlled Melt behavior and uniform material characteristics are Important. it is not Intended for Injection Molding, making it more Suitable as an Intermediate or Base Resin for Specialized Processing Applications.

With its Unfilled Composition, VALOX™ 308 PBT Resin offers flexibility for formulation, allowing it to be modified or Reinforced depending on the Final Application Requirements.

Typical Uses of VALOX™ 308 PBT Resin include Compound Blending, Fiber Extrusion, and material Development, where Regulatory Compliance, Thermal Performance, and Chemical Resistance must be achieved Together.
