VALOX™ 310SE0 PBT Flame Retardant, Low Warpage & High Heat Resin

Thermal Stability, Chemical Resistance for Electrical Applications

VALOX™ 310SE0 Resin is a General-Purpose Flame-Retardant Semi-Crystalline PBT (Polybutylene Terephthalate) Resin engineered for specialized Electrical and Electronic applications requiring a combination of High Heat Resistance, Low Warpage, Chemical Resistance, and reliable Flame Performance. Developed to meet demanding Industry Safety Requirements, this Grade offers an excellent balance of Processability and Long-Term Engineering Performance.

As a Semi-Crystalline Polyester Material, VALOX™ 310SE0 provides excellent Dimensional Stability and Mechanical Integrity. One of its Key Advantages is its Low-Warpage Formulation, which helps reduce Part Distortion during Molding and Cooling. This Characteristic allows manufacturers to achieve Tighter Dimensional Tolerances, improved Assembly Fit, and greater Consistency across Large Production Volumes.

The Resin also delivers good Thermal Stability and High Heat Resistance, enabling Molded components to maintain their Structural and Electrical performance in Elevated-Temperature Environments. These properties make VALOX™ 310SE0 Resin particularly suitable for Electrical components that must withstand Continuous Operating Temperatures while maintaining Reliability.

In addition, VALOX™ 310SE0 Exhibits excellent Chemical Resistance against a Variety of Oils, Greases, Cleaning Agents, and Industrial Chemicals. This helps Extend Product Life and maintain performance in Challenging Operating Environments where Environmental exposure is Common.

Designed specifically for Electrical applications, the material combines Flame Retardancy with stable Processing Characteristics. This enables manufacturers to produce Complex Parts Efficiently while Meeting Stringent Safety Standards and maintaining consistent Product Quality.
