VALOX™ 325FC Resin is an Advanced Food Contact Regulation Compliant PBT (Polybutylene Terephthalate) Resin developed to provide an excellent combination of High Heat Resistance, Chemical Resistance, Barrier Performance, and Processing Efficiency. Engineered for Healthcare, Medical, Pharmaceutical, and Food-Contact applications, this Specialty Grade offers a reliable material Platform for components requiring Regulatory Compliance and Dependable Long-Term Performance.

A Key Feature of VALOX™ 325FC is its Compliance with Food-Contact requirements while delivering the Inherent Advantages of a Semi-Crystalline Polyester Resin. The material Exhibits excellent Resistance to Chemicals, Oils, Cleaning Agents, and Disinfectants, helping maintain Product Integrity in demanding Operating Environments. In addition, the Resin offers good Barrier properties against Oxygen and Moisture, supporting applications where Product Protection and material Stability are important Considerations.

The Grade is formulated with an Integrated Mold Release Package, Improving Processing Efficiency and supporting Faster Production Cycles. This enhanced Processability can help manufacturers achieve Shorter Cycle Times, improved Part Release, and consistent Molding performance while maintaining High-Quality Surface Finish and Dimensional Stability.
