VALOX™ 357XU Resin is a Flame-Retardant, UV-Stabilized PBT Engineering Resin specifically developed for Outdoor applications requiring a combination of Weatherability, Impact Strength, Thermal Stability, and Chemical Resistance. Designed to perform in demanding Environmental Conditions, this Specialty Grade offers Long-Term Durability while maintaining the Mechanical and Safety characteristics Expected from a High-Performance Engineering Thermoplastic.

A Key Feature of VALOX™ 357XU is its enhanced UV Stabilization Package, which helps protect Molded components from degradation caused by Prolonged exposure to Sunlight and Outdoor Weather Conditions. The added UV Stabilizer Improves Color Retention, Surface Durability, and Long-Term Mechanical Performance, making the material suitable for applications exposed to Continuous Environmental Stress.

The Resin also delivers excellent Impact Strength and Toughness, allowing components to withstand Physical Abuse, Handling, Vibration, and Operational Loads without Compromising Structural Integrity. This Impact-Modified formulation provides a balanced combination of Durability and Reliability, particularly in applications where both Outdoor exposure and Mechanical performance are critical Requirements.

Components Molded from this material are Capable of maintaining performance when exposed to Elevated Temperatures, Oils, Greases, Cleaning Agents, and various Industrial Chemicals.
