VALOX™ 3607U PBT Flame Retardant Resin for Outdoor Applications

VALOX™ 3607U Resin is a Flame-Retardant, UV-Stabilized PBT Engineering Resin developed for Outdoor applications that require a combination of Weatherability, Impact Resistance, Thermal Stability, and Chemical Durability. Engineered to withstand Prolonged Environmental Exposure, this Grade offers reliable Long-Term performance while maintaining the Mechanical and Aesthetic properties Essential for demanding External applications.

One of the Defining characteristics of VALOX™ 3607U is its enhanced UV Stabilization Technology. This Feature helps protect Molded components against degradation caused by Sunlight and Ultraviolet Radiation, reducing the Risk of Discoloration, Surface Deterioration, and Property Loss over time. As a Result, components Manufactured from this material can maintain appearance and performance even after Extended Outdoor Exposure.

The Resin also delivers good Impact Resistance and Toughness, enabling Parts to withstand Handling, Vibration, and Operational Stresses Encountered in Outdoor Environments. This balanced Mechanical performance helps Improve Product Durability and contributes to a Longer Service Life in Challenging Conditions.

In addition to its Weatherability, VALOX™ 3607U Resin provides High Heat Thermal Stability and excellent Chemical Resistance. Components Molded from this material are Capable of maintaining Structural Integrity when exposed to Elevated Temperatures, Moisture, Oils, Greases, Cleaning Agents, and various Environmental Contaminants. These properties make it a Dependable material Choice for applications where both Environmental and Mechanical demands are Present.

Rather than Relying Solely on UV Protection, VALOX™ 3607U combines Flame Retardancy, Environmental Durability, and Thermal performance in a Single Engineering Resin.
