VALOX™ 362 Resin is a Non-Blooming Flame-Retardant Unreinforced PBT Blend engineered to provide an excellent combination of Electrical Performance, High Tracking Resistance, Flame Retardancy, and Processing Efficiency. Designed for Electrical and Electronic applications, this Semi-Crystalline Polyester material delivers Dependable Insulation properties while maintaining the Durability and Dimensional Stability Expected from the VALOX™ Product family.

One of the Distinguishing features of VALOX™ 362 is its Non-Blooming Flame-Retardant Technology. Unlike some Flame-Retardant Materials that may develop Surface Deposits over time, this formulation helps maintain a Clean and consistent appearance while preserving Long-Term Flame-Retardant Effectiveness. This contributes to improved Product Aesthetics and reliability throughout the Component Lifecycle.

The Resin offers excellent Electrical Properties, making it an Ideal Choice for applications where Electrical Insulation and Safety are Critical. Additionally, VALOX™ 362 Resin features a High Comparative Tracking Index (CTI), helping reduce the Risk of Electrical Tracking and Surface Leakage in demanding Environments. This Characteristic is particularly valuable in Electrical Systems where Moisture, Contaminants, or Elevated Voltages may be Present.

As an Unreinforced PBT Blend, the material provides a balanced combination of Dimensional Stability, Chemical Resistance, and Ease of Processing.
