VALOX™ 365 Resin is an Opaque Flame-Retardant PBT+PC Blend specifically engineered for Thin-Wall applications requiring a combination of excellent Chemical Resistance, Dimensional Stability, Impact Performance, and Flame Retardancy. This Non-Reinforced Engineering material combines the Strengths of Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT) and Polycarbonate (PC), providing a balanced performance Profile for demanding Electrical, Industrial, and Consumer Product applications.

A Major Advantage of VALOX™ 365 is its ability to achieve High Flame-Retardant performance in Thin-Wall Designs, offering Designers greater flexibility when Developing Compact and Lightweight Components. The material maintains excellent Structural Integrity even at reduced Wall Thicknesses, helping manufacturers Optimize Product Design without Compromising Safety Requirements.

The PBT Component contributes Outstanding Chemical Resistance and Dimensional Stability, while the Polycarbonate Phase enhances Toughness and Impact Performance. As a Result, VALOX™ 365 Resin Performs reliably when exposed to Oils, Greases, Detergents, Cleaning Agents, and various Industrial Chemicals, making it suitable for applications Operating in demanding Environments.
