VALOX™ 420SE0 Resin is a General-Purpose 30% Glass Fiber Reinforced Flame-Retardant PBT (Polybutylene Terephthalate) Engineering Resin developed for Electrical and Electronic applications requiring an excellent combination of Strength, Stiffness, Thermal Stability, and Flame Performance. Designed to meet demanding Industry Safety Requirements, this Grade delivers reliable Mechanical properties while maintaining the Processing Advantages Associated with the VALOX™ family of Engineering Polyesters.
The Incorporation of 30% Glass Fiber Reinforcement significantly enhances the Structural performance of VALOX™ 420SE0. Components Molded from this material Exhibit excellent Strength and Rigidity, allowing them to maintain Dimensional Accuracy under Mechanical Loads and Elevated Operating Temperatures. The Reinforced formulation also contributes to improved Impact performance compared to Many Conventional Flame-Retardant Polyester Grades.
