VALOX™ 553U Resin is a 30% Glass Fiber Reinforced Flame-Retardant PBT/PC Blend engineered for applications requiring a combination of Weatherability, High Heat Resistance, Chemical Resistance, and Dimensional Stability. Developed for demanding Indoor and Outdoor Environments, this Advanced Engineering Resin delivers excellent Structural performance while maintaining Long-Term Durability when exposed to Challenging Environmental Conditions.

The Incorporation of 30% Glass Fiber Reinforcement significantly enhances the Strength, Stiffness, and Dimensional Stability of VALOX™ 553U. Components Molded from this material Exhibit reduced deformation under Load and maintain critical Dimensions over Extended Service Periods, making the Resin suitable for Precision Engineering applications where Structural Integrity is Essential.

A Key Feature of VALOX™ 553U Resin is its enhanced UV Stabilization Package, which provides excellent Resistance to Sunlight and Weathering. This allows Molded Parts to retain their appearance and Mechanical properties during Prolonged Outdoor Exposure. The improved Weatherability makes the material particularly attractive for applications that must withstand Temperature Fluctuations, Humidity, and Ultraviolet Radiation.

In addition to its Environmental Durability, the Resin offers excellent Chemical Resistance and High Heat Thermal Stability.
