VALOX™ 732E PBT 30% Glass Reinforced Resin. High Heat & Low Warpage

Thermal Stability, Chemical Resistance for Electrical Applications

VALOX™ 732E Resin is a General-Purpose 30% Glass Fiber Reinforced and Mineral-Filled PBT (Polybutylene Terephthalate) Engineering Resin developed to deliver an excellent combination of Strength, Stiffness, Dimensional Stability, and Low Warpage Performance. Designed for Electrical and Industrial applications, this Grade offers reliable Mechanical and Thermal performance while maintaining the Processing Advantages of a Reinforced Polyester Material.

The combination of Glass Fiber Reinforcement and Mineral Filling provides enhanced Rigidity and Structural Integrity compared to standard Unfilled PBT Grades. This Reinforced formulation helps Molded components Resist deformation under Mechanical Loads while maintaining excellent Dimensional Accuracy throughout their Service Life.

A Key Characteristic of VALOX™ 732E is its Low Warpage Behaviour. The carefully balanced Reinforcement System Minimizes Shrinkage-Related Distortion during Molding, allowing manufacturers to produce Precision components with improved Flatness, Tighter Tolerances, and Better Assembly Fit. This is particularly important in Electrical applications where Dimensional Consistency directly Affects Product Performance.

The Resin also offers High Heat Resistance and excellent Thermal Stability, enabling components to maintain Mechanical properties and Dimensional Integrity when exposed to Elevated Operating Temperatures. In addition, VALOX™ 732E Resin Exhibits good Resistance to Oils, Greases, Cleaning Agents, and other Industrial Chemicals, helping Ensure Long-Term Durability in demanding Environments.

For Electrical applications where Stiffness, Dimensional Accuracy, and Thermal reliability are Critical, VALOX™ 732E provides a practical Engineering Solution. Its Reinforced Structure and Low-Warpage characteristics make it well suited for Molded components requiring Dependable performance and Manufacturing Consistency.

RoHS Compliance: VALOX™ 732E Resin supports RoHS Requirements, helping manufacturers reduce the use of Restricted Hazardous Substances while maintaining Dependable Engineering Performance.
