VALOX™ 745 Resin is a 30% Glass Reinforced PBT/PC Engineering Blend developed to deliver an outstanding combination of Toughness, Impact Strength, Dimensional Stability, and Low Warpage Characteristics. As a Non-Flame-Retardant Grade, this material is designed for applications requiring robust Mechanical Performance, excellent Thermal Stability, and reliable Long-Term Durability without the need for Flame-Retardant Additives.

The combination of Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT) and Polycarbonate (PC) creates a material that Balances Stiffness with Toughness. The addition of 30% Glass Reinforcement significantly enhances Structural Strength and Dimensional Stability, allowing Molded components to maintain Precise Dimensions under Mechanical Loads and Elevated Operating Temperatures.

A Key Characteristic of VALOX™ 745 Resin is its excellent Toughness and good Impact Resistance. Unlike Traditional highly Reinforced Polyester Materials that may become Brittle, this Grade maintains a balanced Mechanical Profile, helping components withstand Handling, Assembly Stresses, and demanding Service Conditions while Retaining Structural Integrity.

The material also Exhibits Low Warpage and excellent Dimensional Stability, making it particularly suitable for Larger or more Complex Molded Parts where Dimensional Accuracy is Critical. The Reinforced formulation helps Minimize Shrinkage-Related Distortion, Resulting in improved Fit, Assembly Consistency, and Overall Product Quality.
