VALOX™ 771 Resin is a 35% Glass Fiber Reinforced Flame-Retardant PBT (Polybutylene Terephthalate) Engineering Resin designed to deliver an Exceptional combination of High Heat Resistance, Chemical Resistance, Dimensional Stability, and Electrical Performance. developed for demanding Electrical and Electronic applications, this Grade provides a robust material Platform for components requiring both Mechanical Strength and Stringent Safety Compliance.

The Incorporation of 35% Glass Fiber Reinforcement significantly enhances the Stiffness, Strength, and Dimensional Stability of VALOX™ 771. This Reinforced Structure helps reduce Shrinkage and Minimize Warpage during Molding, enabling manufacturers to produce Precision components with excellent Dimensional Consistency. The Low-Warpage characteristics make the material particularly attractive for Tight-Tolerance applications where Assembly Accuracy is Critical.

A Major Advantage of VALOX™ 771 Resin is its excellent Chemical Resistance and Thermal Stability.
