VALOX™ 8032U Resin is a 30% Glass Fiber Reinforced PBT/PET Engineering Resin formulated with an added UV Stabilizer to provide excellent Outdoor Durability, High Heat Stability, and Superior Surface Appearance. Developed for applications exposed to Environmental Conditions, this Grade combines the Strength of Reinforced Polyester Technology with enhanced Weatherability, making it a reliable Solution for components that must maintain both performance and appearance over Extended Service Life.

The 30% Glass Fiber Reinforcement significantly improves the Stiffness, Strength, and Dimensional Stability of VALOX™ 8032U. Components Molded from this material Exhibit excellent Structural Integrity and Resistance to Deformation, allowing them to perform reliably under Mechanical Loads and varying Environmental Conditions.

A Key Advantage of VALOX™ 8032U Resin is its UV-Stabilized Formulation, which helps protect Molded Parts from degradation caused by Prolonged Sunlight Exposure. The enhanced Weatherability supports Outdoor applications where Color Retention, Surface Appearance, and Mechanical performance must be preserved despite exposure to Ultraviolet Radiation and Changing Weather Conditions.

In addition to its Outdoor Endurance Capability, the Resin offers excellent Surface Finish and Aesthetic Gloss, enabling manufacturers to achieve attractive Molded Parts without Sacrificing Engineering Performance. The material also provides good Impact Strength, helping components Resist Damage from Handling, Vibration, and Operational Stresses.

The combination of PBT and PET Chemistry contributes excellent Chemical Resistance and Thermal Stability, allowing components to withstand exposure to Oils, Greases, Cleaning Agents, and Elevated Temperatures.
