VALOX™ 815 Resin is a 15% Glass Fiber Reinforced PBT/PET Engineering Resin developed to provide an excellent balance of High Heat Endurance, Aesthetic Surface Quality, Mechanical Strength, and Dimensional Stability. As a Non-Flame-Retardant Grade, this material is designed for applications where Appearance, Thermal Performance, and Durability are equally important Considerations.
The combination of Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT) and Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) creates a Polyester Alloy that delivers reliable Thermal and Mechanical Performance. The addition of 15% Glass Fiber Reinforcement enhances Stiffness and Strength while maintaining good Processing Characteristics, allowing manufacturers to produce components with excellent Dimensional Consistency and Structural Integrity.
