VALOX™ 815F Resin is an Advanced Food Contact Regulation Compliant PBT/PET Engineering Resin developed to provide an excellent combination of High Heat Resistance, Chemical Resistance, Barrier Performance, and Mechanical Reinforcement. Featuring 15% Glass Fiber Reinforcement, this Specialty Grade is designed for applications that require Regulatory Compliance together with enhanced Structural performance and Long-Term Durability.

The Blend of Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT) and Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) delivers a balanced Property Profile that combines Thermal Stability, Dimensional Accuracy, and Resistance to a Wide range of Chemicals. The addition of 15% Glass Fiber Reinforcement further Improves Stiffness and Mechanical Strength, helping Molded components maintain their Shape and performance under demanding Service Conditions.

A Key Feature of VALOX™ 815F Resin is its suitability for Food Contact applications, providing manufacturers with a specialized material Solution for Products that must comply with Regulatory requirements while maintaining excellent Engineering Performance. The material also offers excellent Chemical Resistance, allowing components to withstand exposure to Oils, Greases, Cleaning Agents, and other commonly Encountered Chemicals without Significant Degradation.
