VALOX™ EH7020HF Resin is a Mineral-Filled PBT/PET Engineering Resin specifically developed for Metalizing applications requiring a combination of excellent Surface Quality, High Flow Processability, good Impact Strength, and Thermal Stability. As a High-Flow Version of VALOX™ EH7020, this Grade is engineered to support improved Mold Filling and Manufacturing Efficiency while maintaining the appearance and performance characteristics demanded by Decorative and Functional Metalized Components.

A Key Characteristic of VALOX™ EH7020HF is its Superior Surface Finish Quality, which provides an excellent Substrate for Vacuum Metalizing and other Decorative Coating Processes. The Mineral-Filled formulation helps create a Smooth and uniform Molded Surface, supporting consistent Coating Adhesion and Premium Cosmetic appearance in finished Parts.

The Resin features a High-Flow Formulation, enabling easier Molding of Intricate Geometries, Thin-Wall Sections, and Complex Component Designs. Improved Flow characteristics can contribute to reduced Injection Pressures, Better Mold Filling, and greater Production Efficiency while maintaining excellent Dimensional Consistency.
