VALOX™ SHF4340 Resin is an Advanced 20% Glass Fiber Reinforced PBT (Polybutylene Terephthalate) Resin developed for manufacturers requiring Exceptional Flowability, High Mechanical Strength, and efficient Thin-Wall Molding Performance. As Part of the VALOX™ Super High Flow (SHF) family, this Grade is optimized to support the Production of Compact Electrical components where Precision, Productivity, and Structural Integrity are Critical.

The material features a 20% Glass Fiber Reinforcement System, which enhances Stiffness, Strength, and Dimensional Stability while maintaining excellent Moldability. This balance allows Engineers to Design Lightweight, Thin-Wall components without Sacrificing Mechanical Performance, making the Grade Ideal for Miniaturized Electrical applications.

One of the Major Advantages of VALOX™ SHF4340 is its Super High Flow Capability. The formulation is engineered to Fill Intricate Mold Geometries and Long Flow Paths Efficiently, helping manufacturers produce Complex Parts with greater Consistency. The improved Flow behavior also supports Lower Processing Pressures and enhanced Molding Efficiency, particularly in High-Cavity Production Environments.
