VICTREX® 150FC30 PEEK Resin is specifically engineered for these Environments, combining Carbon Fiber, Graphite, and PTFE Reinforcement within a High-Performance PEEK Matrix to deliver Exceptional Tribological Performance.

The formulation Contains 30% Carbon Fiber, Graphite, and PTFE, creating a unique balance of Strength, Stiffness, and Wear Resistance. This combination helps reduce Friction while Improving Durability under Sliding and Contact Conditions. As a Result, VICTREX® 150FC30 Resin is well suited for Advanced Tribological applications where Long-Term Wear performance is Critical.

Unlike Conventional Wear Grades that may require Secondary Processing, VICTREX® 150FC30 PEEK Resin is designed to provide its performance without requiring Annealing after Molding. This can Help Simplify Production and reduce Manufacturing Costs while maintaining excellent Dimensional Stability and Mechanical Properties.

Another Advantage of VICTREX® 150FC30 Resin is its Easy-Flow Processing Behaviour. The material is Capable of Filling Complex Mold Geometries Efficiently, enabling manufacturers to produce Intricate Wear components while maintaining consistent Quality and Precision. This makes the Grade suitable for both highly engineered Industrial components and Precision Mechanical Systems.

The Carbon Fiber Reinforcement contributes excellent Strength and Rigidity, while Graphite and PTFE Help Optimize Friction and Wear Characteristics. For Flame Performance, VICTREX® 150FC30 PEEK Resin Achieves UL94 V-0 Classification from 0.75 mm to 3.00 mm Thickness, Reflecting the Inherent Flame Resistance of PEEK Materials.
