This Coarse Powder grade of Polyetheretherketone (PEEK) is designed to enable efficient material consolidation and uniform Part Formation in applications where melt flow behaviour is intentionally controlled
Processing behaviour of VICTREX™ 650PF PEEK Powder is characterized by its Low Flow profile, supporting controlled densification during Compression Molding. This property enables consistent packing and consolidation, making the material suitable for processes requiring Stable Powder Morphology rather than High Melt Flow.
VICTREX™ 650PF PEEK Powder extends to applications such as UD Tape manufacturing and composite processing, where Powder uniformity and controlled Fusion are critical to achieving High Quality Laminated Structures.
