XENOY™ 1760E PC/PBT Resin is developed as an enhanced Evolution of the Established XENOY™ 1760 Grade, offering improved Processing Efficiency while preserving the Mechanical reliability required in demanding Automotive applications. It is engineered to deliver Better Manufacturability without Compromising Structural performance.

The material incorporates 11% Glass Fiber Reinforcement, maintaining a Solid balance between Stiffness and Toughness. This Reinforcement support Dimensional Stability and Load Bearing capability, ensuring that Parts retain their Shape and performance under Mechanical Stress.

XENOY™ 1760E PC/PBT Resin Introduces Higher Flow characteristics, enabling easier Mold Filling and improved Replication of Complex Geometries. This Enhancement allows manufacturers to achieve Faster Cycle Times and more consistent Part Quality, particularly in High Volume production Environments.

Beyond Processing Improvements, the Resin maintains Strong Impact Strength and Durability, ensuring Resistance to Mechanical Stress during use. the PC/PBT Alloy Structure also contributes Good Chemical Resistance, allowing components to withstand exposure to Automotive Fluids and Environmental Contaminants.
