In Multi Application Environments, Materials must perform Consistently under varying Conditions. This PC/PBT Blend offers a balanced Structure where Impact Strength, Surface Finish, and Resistance to Common Chemicals are Delivered Together. This allows Engineers to Rely on One material across Different Component Types while maintaining Predictable performance.

XENOY™ 5220 PC/PBT Resin support consistent Part Quality through its stable Processing characteristics, enabling efficient Molding and uniform results across production Runs. This ensures that both Functional and AesThetic Requirements are met, wheTher the Component is Structural or Visually exposed.

The material is designed to operate Effectively in General use Environments, where exposure to Mechanical Stress, Handling, or Moderate Chemical Contact is expected. Its Ability to maintain Surface appearance alongside Mechanical Integrity makes it suitable for both Visible and Functional Parts.

From an Application Perspective, the Resin is well suited for Consumer Products, Industrial Housings, Automotive Interior and Exterior components, and General Purpose Molded Parts, where flexibility, Durability, and consistent performance are required across multiple use Cases.
