XENOY™ 5720U PC/PBT Resin is engineered to provide continuous performance across a Wide Thermal range, ensuring that components remain stable WheTher exposed to Cold Environments or elevated Operating Temperatures. It is developed as a Next Generation Solution for applications requiring reliable performance under Fluctuating Conditions.
The material utilizes a balanced PC/PBT Alloy Structure that delivers Good Dimensional Stability, Chemical Resistance, and Mechanical Durability, supporting consistent behaviour across a Variety of Application Environments. Its unreinforced formulation allows uniform Stress Distribution, improving reliability in Parts Subject to repeated Loading or Thermal Cycling.
XENOY™ 5720U PC/PBT Resin Significantly enhances Low Temperature Impact performance, maintaining Ductility and Resistance to Cracking even in Cold Conditions. at the Same time, it support elevated Temperature performance, retaining Mechanical Properties where Thermal exposure Would Degrade Conventional Materials.
A key Advancement in this Grade is the Inclusion of UV Stabilization, which helps maintain Long Term Durability and Surface Integrity during Outdoor exposure. This Extends the material’s Usability into Weather exposed applications while preserving both appearance and Structural performance.
XENOY™ 5720U PC/PBT Resin also offers Good Flow characteristics, enabling efficient Processing and consistent Molding results. This ensures Repeatability in production while maintaining the Integrity of its enhanced Thermal and Environmental Properties.
The material achieves UL94 HB Classification from 1.50 mm to 3.00 mm, providing baseline Flame performance while focusing on Mechanical Stability and Environmental Durability across Wide Operating Conditions.
XENOY™ 5720U PC/PBT Resin Serves as the improved Replacement for XENOY™ 2735, offering enhanced performance in Low Temperature Ductility, UV Resistance, and Overall reliability. It is well suited for Automotive components, Outdoor Housings, Industrial Parts, and General Engineering applications, where consistent performance across Temperature Extremes is required.
