XENOY™ 6370 PC/PBT Resin is engineered for applications where Structural Rigidity Forms the Primary Requirement, supported by Durability across varying Mechanical and Environmental Conditions. It is designed as a High Reinforcement Solution that Prioritizes Stiffness while preserving practical Impact performance.

The material incorporates 30% Glass Fiber Reinforcement, creating a Strong Internal Framework that resists deformation under Load. This Reinforcement enables the Resin to maintain Dimensional Accuracy and Structural Stability, making it suitable for components that must Hold Shape under continuous Stress.

XENOY™ 6370 PC/PBT Resin maintains a balanced Response despite its High Glass content. While Stiffness is the Dominant Characteristic, the PC/PBT Alloy Matrix contributes Impact Strength and Toughness, preventing the material from becoming Overly Brittle. This ensures that Parts can absorb Energy without Compromising Structural performance.

In addition to Mechanical Strength, the Resin offers Good Chemical Resistance, allowing it to perform reliably when exposed to Industrial Fluids, Automotive Media, or Environmental Contaminants. This Extends the Usability of the material into applications where both Structural Load and exposure Conditions must be considered Together.

XENOY™ 6370 PC/PBT Resin also support efficient processing with controlled Flow behaviour, enabling consistent Molding even with High Reinforcement Levels. the formulation helps achieve a balanced Surface appearance, minimizing Fiber Visibility while maintaining Part Quality across production Runs.

The material achieves UL94 HB Classification from 1.50 mm to 3.00 mm, making it suitable for General applications where Flame Retardancy is not the Primary Requirement but Structural performance is critical.
