XENOY™ 6380U PC/PBT Resin is engineered to deliver a Rare combination of Structural Stiffness and Refined Surface appearance, enabling Reinforced Materials to perform not only mechanically, but also Visually in demanding applications. It is designed for components that must maintain both Strength and AesThetic Quality under real World Conditions.

The formulation incorporates 30% Glass Fiber Reinforcement, Establishing a Strong Structural Framework that provides High Rigidity and Dimensional Stability. This allows the material to maintain precise Geometry under Load while supporting applications that require consistent Mechanical Strength.

XENOY™ 6380U PC/PBT Resin Distinguishes Itself by maintaining a Glossy and controlled Surface Finish, even with High Glass content. Unlike Typical Reinforced Materials where Fiber Read through can affect appearance, this Grade is optimized to achieve a more uniform and visually consistent Surface, making it suitable for Semi Visible or appearance Sensitive components.

Beyond Structural performance, the material delivers Good Impact Strength and Toughness, ensuring that Stiffness does not come at the Expense of Durability. This balance allows components to absorb Mechanical Stress while retaining their Structural Integrity.

XENOY™ 6380U PC/PBT Resin also integrates a UV Stabilizer, enabling extended performance under Outdoor exposure. This helps preserve both Mechanical Properties and Surface appearance when subjected to Sunlight and Environmental Conditions, supporting Long Term reliability in Exterior applications.

The Resin provides Wide Temperature Ductility, maintaining Functional performance across both Low and elevated Temperature Conditions. This ensures consistent behaviour in Environments where Thermal Variation is a key Factor.

XENOY™ 6380U PC/PBT Resin support efficient manufacturing with stable Processing behaviour, allowing Reinforced Structures to be Molded Reliably with consistent Quality across production Runs.
The material achieves UL94 HB Classification from 1.50 mm to 3.00 mm, making it suitable for applications where Structural and Environmental performance are Prioritized over Flame Retardant Requirements.
