It combines Everyday usability with enhanced performance under Cold Conditions, making it a dependable Solution for applications exposed to Temperature Variation.

The PC/PBT Alloy Structure provides a stable foundation for balanced Mechanical Strength and Chemical Resistance, allowing components to perform Reliably under Typical Industrial and Automotive Conditions. This ensures Durability across a Wide range of applications without requiring specialized Formulations.

XENOY™ 6620 PC/PBT Resin Differentiates Itself through its Outstanding Low Temperature Impact Strength, maintaining Ductility where Conventional Materials may become Brittle. This capability support use in Outdoor Environments, Transportation Systems, and Cold Start applications where sudden Impact can lead to Failure in Less Resilient Materials.

In addition to its Cold performance, the material offers excellent Resistance to Common Chemicals, including Automotive Fluids and Industrial Agents. This ensures that Mechanical Integrity is preserved even when components are exposed to combined Environmental and Chemical Stresses.

XENOY™ 6620 PC/PBT Resin also support efficient manufacturing through Good Flow characteristics, enabling consistent Molding and Repeatable Part Quality. Its balanced Processing behaviour allows for flexibility across Different Part Geometries and production Scales.

The material achieves UL94 HB Classification from 1.50 mm to 3.00 mm, providing baseline Flame performance suitable for General applications while focusing on Mechanical and Environmental Durability.
