XENOY™ 6620U PC/PBT Resin is engineered for Safety critical Automotive applications where Materials must perform Reliably under demanding Chemical and Environmental Exposures. It is specifically designed to support Systems where Failure is not acceptable, particularly in components Associated with Fuel Handling and Safety Structures.

The PC/PBT Alloy provides a Strong foundation of Mechanical Durability and Resistance to Aggressive Automotive Media, enabling the material to withstand prolonged exposure to Fuels, Oils, and Chemical Agents. This ensures that Structural Integrity is maintained even in Chemically Active Environments.

XENOY™ 6620U PC/PBT Resin is formulated with a specialized Focus on Fuel System Compatibility, delivering enhanced Chemical Resistance Tailored for components in Contact with Fuel and Related Substances. This makes it suitable for applications where Long Term exposure to Hydrocarbons could Degrade Conventional Materials.

The material incorporates an Advanced Impact Modified Structure, allowing components to absorb Mechanical Energy Effectively. This is particularly important in Automotive Safety Systems, where Materials must maintain Integrity during sudden Impact Events or Stress Conditions.

XENOY™ 6620U PC/PBT Resin also includes UV Stabilization, ensuring performance Retention in Outdoor or exposed Environments. This contributes to maintaining both Mechanical Properties and Surface Quality over extended Service Lifetimes.
