XENOY™ CL300 PC/PBT Resin is engineered for Automotive Exterior applications where Thin Wall Design, High Flow, and efficient Finishing Processes must Work Together Seamlessly. It is specifically developed to meet the Demands of components such as Bumper Shells, where material performance and production Efficiency are Equally critical.

The PC/PBT Blend provides a stable foundation of Impact Strength and Chemical Resistance, allowing Parts to perform Reliably under real World Automotive Conditions. This ensures Durability against Mechanical Stress as well as exposure to Environmental and Automotive Fluids.

XENOY™ CL300 PC/PBT Resin is optimized for Direct Gating and Thin Wall Molding, enabling the production of Lightweight components without Sacrificing Structural Integrity. Its excellent Flow characteristics allow for Complete Mold Filling even in Complex or reduced Thickness Geometries, supporting Modern Lightweight Design Strategies.

A key advantage of this Grade is its Primerless Paintability, allowing Parts to be Coated directly with Water Based or Solvent Based Paints. This reduces Processing Steps, Lowers production Cost, and Simplifies manufacturing WorkFlow while maintaining Strong Coating Adhesion and Surface Quality.

XENOY™ CL300 PC/PBT Resin also includes added Mold Release, improving Part Ejection and minimizing production Interruptions. This contributes to Smoother Processing, Faster Cycle Times, and consistent Output in High Volume manufacturing Environments.

The material delivers a balanced Surface Profile, enabling Painted Finishes to appear uniform and consistent. at the Same time, its inherent Toughness ensures that Painted Parts maintain Durability during use.

This Resin is ideally suited for Automotive Bumper Shells, Exterior Panels, Housings, and Painted components, where High Flow, Lightweight Design, and Primer less Finishing must be delivered in a single material Solution.
