XENOY™ CL500U PC/PBT Resin is designed to provide consistent performance throughout the entire Lifecycle of a Component, from initial Molding through prolonged exposure in Outdoor Environments. It is engineered for applications where Durability must be maintained over time without degradation in Mechanical or Surface Properties.

The PC/PBT Blend delivers a stable combination of Impact Strength and Chemical Resistance, enabling Parts to withstand everyday Mechanical Stress as well as exposure to Solvents, Fuels, or Environmental Contaminants. This ensures reliability not only during use but also during Handling, Installation, and Service Life.

XENOY™ CL500U PC/PBT Resin incorporates UV Stabilization, allowing components to retain Mechanical performance and Surface Integrity during extended exposure to Sunlight. This helps prevent material aging effects such as Embrittlement or Surface Deterioration, which are common challenges in Outdoor applications.

The material Performs consistently across varying Environmental Conditions, maintaining Structural reliability even when subjected to Temperature Changes or Weather Related Stress. This Stability makes it suitable for both Automotive Exteriors and Non Automotive Outdoor applications.
