XENOY™ ENG2901RC PC/PBT Resin is Engineered to combine Sustainability with Advanced Safety performance, delivering a material Solution that Integrates Recycled content, Flame Resistance, and Chemical Durability into a single Platform. It is designed for Modern applications where Environmental Responsibility and Regulatory Compliance must Coexist.
The formulation incorporates 40% Post Consumer Recycled (PCR) content, enabling significant reduction in Environmental Impact while maintaining consistent material performance. Through controlled compounding from LNP, the Resin ensures that Recycled content does not Compromise reliability or Processing Stability.
XENOY™ ENG2901RC PC/PBT Resin features a Non Chlorinated, Non Brominated Flame Retardant System, achieving UL94 V0 Classification between 1.50 mm and 1.65 mm. This enables the material to meet Stringent Fire Safety Requirements while avoiding Halogen Based Chemistries commonly restricted in Electronic and Electrical applications.
The material demonstrates excellent Chemical Resistance, allowing it to withstand exposure to Industrial Fluids, Cleaning Agents, and Environmental Contaminants. combined with Its Impact Modified Structure, It provides durable performance in demanding Service Conditions.
