XENOY™ HTX575 PBT Resin. 30% Glass Reinforced High Heat Formulation

Best for Safety features in Automotive Parts or Parts with E-Coating

XENOY™ HTX575 PBT Resin is engineered for Automotive Structures and Electric Vehicle components that must endure intense Thermal and Processing Conditions while maintaining Structural Integrity. It is designed for Parts exposed not only to Operational Stress, but also to demanding Post Molding Processes such as Coating and Heat Treatment.

The material is Reinforced with 30% Glass Fiber, creating a Rigid Internal Structure that provides High Strength and Stiffness. This allows components to maintain Dimensional Accuracy under load, making it suitable for Structural applications where deformation must be minimized.

XENOY™ HTX575 PBT Resin is specifically optimized for High Temperature Resistance, enabling Parts to withstand E Coating and Baking Cycles up to approximately 200°C. This capability ensures that Mechanical Properties are retained even after exposure to elevated Processing Temperatures, which is critical in Automotive manufacturing WorkFlows.

Beyond Thermal Endurance, the material delivers balanced Toughness, allowing it to absorb Mechanical Stress without becoming Brittle. This ensures Durability in Structural applications such as Front End Modules (FEM), Grille Shutters, and EV components.

XENOY™ HTX575 PBT Resin also support consistent manufacturing through stable Processing behaviour, enabling reliable Molding of Reinforced Structures with uniform Quality. This ensures that Complex Geometries and Thin Structural Sections can be Produced Efficiently while maintaining Strength.

The Advance XENOY™ HTX575 PBT Resin is Ideal for Automotive Structural components, Electric Vehicle Parts, Grille Shutters, and Injection Molded Parts requiring E Coating, where High Stiffness, Thermal Endurance, and Dimensional Stability must be Delivered Together.

XENOY™ HTX575 PBT Resin is RoHS Compliant, supporting Responsible material selection while delivering reliable performance under High Temperature Processing and demanding Structural Conditions.
