XENOY™ HX6600HP PBT Resin is engineered to support Healthcare applications where Precision Molding and Sterilization Compatibility must be achieved together. It is designed for Medical components that require both reliable performance and efficient manufacturing in Regulated Environments.
The material meets Biocompatibility Standards under ISO 10993 and USP Class VI, ensuring suitability for use in Healthcare and Laboratory Systems. This allows it to be applied in controlled Environments where Safety, Traceability, and Regulatory Compliance are Essential.
XENOY™ HX6600HP PBT Resin is optimized with enhanced Flow characteristics, enabling Accurate Filling of Complex Geometries and Thin Sections. This support production of Detailed Medical components where Dimensional Precision and Repeatability are critical.
In addition to Processability, the Resin offers Resistance to multiple Sterilization Methods, including Ethylene Oxide (EtO), Gamma Radiation, and Steam Sterilization. This ensures that Parts maintain Structural Integrity and performance after repeated Sterilization Cycles.
XENOY™ HX6600HP PBT Resin also delivers improved Chemical Resistance against Disinfectants and Cleaning Agents commonly used in Healthcare Environments. This allows components to remain durable when exposed to Alcohols, Peroxides, and Other Sterilizing Chemicals.
