XENOY™ RCX201 PC/PET Resin is engineered for applications where maintaining Dimensional Accuracy and Surface Consistency under Thermal Conditions is Essential. It is designed to provide predictable performance for components that must retain Form and appearance during both Processing and Service.

The PC/PET Alloy structure offers a balanced combination of Heat Resistance, Chemical Durability, and Mechanical Stability, allowing the material to perform reliably across General Engineering and Industrial Environments. This ensures consistent Function even when exposed to Moderate Thermal Loads.

XENOY™ RCX201 PC/PET Resin delivers Good Flow characteristics, supporting efficient Molding and Accurate replication of Part Geometry. This makes it suitable for components requiring Tight Tolerances and Repeatable manufacturing results, especially in Medium to High Volume production.

A key Strength of this Grade lies in its Dimensional Stability, helping Reduce Warpage and Shrinkage Variation during Cooling. This ensures that Parts maintain alignment and fit within Assemblies, which is critical for Precision applications.

XENOY™ RCX201 PC/PET Resin also provides a controlled Surface Finish, enabling a Clean and uniform appearance directly from Molding. This makes it suitable for both Functional and Semi Visible components where Surface Quality contributes to Overall Product performance.
