XENOY™ X1200UV PC/PBT Resin is engineered to maintain Mechanical Integrity in Environments where Low Temperature performance is critical, while also supporting Long Term Outdoor Durability. It is designed for applications that must remain reliable under both Environmental exposure and Thermal Variation.

The PC/PBT Alloy structure provides a stable balance of Impact Strength, Dimensional Stability, and Heat Resistance, ensuring that Parts maintain Functionality across a Wide Operating range. This makes the material suitable for both Structural and Semi Structural Outdoor components.

XENOY™ X1200UV PC/PBT Resin delivers High Impact Strength at Low Temperatures, allowing components to resist Cracking and Brittle Failure under Cold Conditions. This capability is essential for applications exposed to Outdoor Climates or sudden Temperature Drops.

In addition to Mechanical Durability, the material Integrates UV Stabilization, ensuring Long Term Resistance to Sunlight exposure. This helps preserve both Mechanical performance and Surface Integrity over extended Service Lifetimes.

XENOY™ X1200UV PC/PBT Resin also features Near Infrared (IR) Absorption capability, enabling controlled Interaction with Light in Advanced applications such as Sensing Systems or specialized Optical Designs. This adds an additional Functional Layer beyond Conventional Mechanical performance.

The Resin offers Good Flow characteristics, supporting efficient Molding and consistent Part Geometry. This ensures that components achieve reliable Dimensional Accuracy while maintaining production Efficiency.
