XENOY™ X2420 Advanced PC/PBT Resin. Unique 10% Glass Reinforced

XENOY™ X2420 PC/PBT Resin is engineered to deliver a unique combination of enhanced Flow and Mechanical performance, bridging the Gap between Unreinforced Materials and Heavily Reinforced Systems. It is designed for applications that require both Processing Efficiency and Structural reliability.

The formulation incorporates 10% Glass Fiber Reinforcement, providing Increased Stiffness and Mechanical Strength while maintaining Sufficient Ductility. This moderate Reinforcement Level allows the material to retain flexibility and Impact Resistance without Introducing Excessive Rigidity.

XENOY™ X2420 PC/PBT Resin is distinguished by its High Melt Flow characteristics, enabling efficient Mold Filling for Complex Geometries and Thin Sections. This makes it particularly suitable for Parts where intricate Designs and production Speed are important factors.

The material also offers Good Impact Strength and Ductility, ensuring that components can absorb Mechanical Stress without failure. This balance allows it to perform Reliably in applications where both Durability and Manufacturability must be considered together.

XENOY™ X2420 PC/PBT Resin support Broad Color capability, enabling Designers to achieve consistent Coloration across a Wide range of Shades. This enhances its suitability for Visible components where both performance and appearance are important.

The Resin provides Dimensional Stability and consistent Processing behaviour, ensuring uniform Part Quality across production runs. This contributes to Predictable Shrinkage and reliable Assembly Fit in Final applications.

XENOY™ X2420 PC/PBT Resin achieves UL94 HB Classification from 0.40 mm to 3.00 mm, providing baseline Flame performance while focusing on balanced Processing and Mechanical Properties.
