XENOY™ X2500UV PC/PET Resin is engineered for applications where Long Term Mechanical Stability under Load and elevated Temperature conditions is critical. It is designed to maintain Structural Integrity over time, particularly in environments where continuous Stress and Heat could Cause deformation in conventional Materials.
The PC/PET Alloy Structure provides a balanced combination of Impact Strength, Dimensional Stability, and Chemical Durability, enabling components to perform reliably across both Static and Dynamic Loading Conditions. This ensures consistent Mechanical behaviour throughout the Service Life of the Part.
XENOY™ X2500UV PC/PET Resin delivers enhanced Heat Resistance, performing approximately 10°C –15°C Higher than General Purpose XENOY™ Grades. This extended Thermal capability allows components to operate more reliably in elevated Temperature Environments without Loss of Structural performance.
A key advantage of this Grade is its Creep Resistance, which enables Parts to retain Shape and Mechanical Strength under continuous Load over time. This makes it particularly suitable for applications where Long Term Dimensional Stability is Essential, such as Mounted or Load Bearing components.
XENOY™ X2500UV PC/PET Resin is also formulated with UV Stabilization, ensuring Durability and Resistance to degradation when exposed to Outdoor Conditions. This helps preserve both Mechanical Properties and Surface Quality throughout extended Environmental exposure.
The material offers Medium Viscosity with stable Flow behaviour, enabling efficient Molding and consistent reproduction of Part Geometry. Its balanced Processability support reliable manufacturing performance across a Wide range of applications.
XENOY™ X2500UV PC/PET Resin achieves UL94 HB Classification from 0.75 mm to 3.00 mm, providing baseline Flame performance while prioritizing Long Term Mechanical Stability and Thermal Endurance.
The XENOY™ X2500UV PC/PET Resin is ideally suited for Automotive Exterior components, Structural Housings, Mounted Assemblies, and Outdoor applications, where Creep Resistance, Heat performance, and UV Durability must be achieved together.
