XENOY™ X4830 PC/PBT Resin is engineered to deliver Converging Stability across Temperature, Mechanical Load, and Environmental exposure, making it suitable for applications where multiple Stress Factors Act Simultaneously. It is designed for components that must maintain Integrity under both Static and Dynamic Conditions.

The PC/PBT Alloy Structure provides a balanced Framework of Impact Strength, Chemical Resistance, and Hydrolytic Stability, enabling the material to perform reliably in Environments Involving Moisture, Chemicals, and Temperature Variation. This ensures Durability across a Wide range of Operating Conditions.

XENOY™ X4830 PC/PBT Resin incorporates Low Coefficient of Thermal Expansion (CTE) and High Modulus, allowing components to maintain Dimensional Stability under Thermal Stress. This is critical for Parts where alignment and Fit must remain precise during Temperature Changes.

The material also demonstrates Low Creep behaviour, helping components Resist Long Term deformation under continuous Load. combined with excellent Fatigue Resistance, this enables the Resin to perform Consistently in applications exposed to repeated Stress Cycles and Vibration.

XENOY™ X4830 PC/PBT Resin offers enhanced Heat Resistance and Ductility, ensuring that Toughness is preserved even at elevated Temperatures or under Mechanical Stress. Its Hydrostable Nature Further support Durability in Humid or Moisture exposed Environments.

The Resin maintains Good Processability, enabling consistent Molding and reliable Part Formation while preserving Dimensional Accuracy and Surface Quality.

XENOY™ X4830 PC/PBT Resin is ideally suited for Automotive Body Panels, Sports Equipment, Protective Enclosures, and Structural components, where Low CTE, Fatigue Resistance, and Environmental Stability must be Delivered Together.
