XENOY™ X4850 PC/PBT Resin. Unique 12% Mineral Filled High Modulus

Chemical Resistance, Excellent Fatigue with High Heat performance

XENOY™ X4850 PC/PBT Resin is engineered to provide a Unique balance between Structural Stiffness and retained Ductility, allowing components to perform Reliably without becoming Brittle under Stress. It is designed for applications where flexibility and Durability must Coexist within a Reinforced material System.

The formulation incorporates 12% Mineral Reinforcement, Increasing Modulus and Dimensional Stability while preserving a High Level of Toughness. This enables Parts to resist deformation under Load while still Absorbing Impact Energy through controlled deformation.

XENOY™ X4850 PC/PBT Resin Distinguishes Itself through its High Ductility within a Reinforced Structure, making it particularly suitable for applications exposed to repeated Stress, Vibration, or Impact Conditions. This Property ensures that Parts can Flex without Cracking, improving Overall reliability in Dynamic Environments.

The material also provides a Low Coefficient of Thermal Expansion (CTE), enabling components to maintain alignment and Fit even when exposed to Temperature Changes. This is especially important for Large or Assembled Parts where Dimensional Precision is required.

XENOY™ X4850 PC/PBT Resin offers excellent Fatigue Resistance and Low Creep behaviour, allowing components to endure both repeated Loading and Long Term Stress without Permanent deformation. This ensures performance Stability over extended Service Life.

In addition to Mechanical performance, the Resin demonstrates High Chemical Resistance, protecting against exposure to Automotive Fluids and Industrial Substances. combined with its Good Heat Resistance, it support Functionality in demanding Environmental Conditions.

XENOY™ X4850 PC/PBT Resin is well suited for Automotive Body Panels, Window Rails, Safety components, Power Tool Housings, and Structural applications, where a combination of Stiffness, Ductility, and Endurance is required.

XENOY™ X4850 PC/PBT Resin is RoHS Compliant, supporting Responsible material selection while delivering a rare balance of Stiffness and Ductility for demanding Engineering applications.
